The service descriptions, timelines, benefits and figures on this site are general information intended to help you understand what we do. They are not a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of any particular outcome, price or schedule. Every project differs. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.
A binding commitment only arises when both parties sign a written project agreement setting out the scope, price and schedule for that specific project.
Applying to become a build partner does not entitle you to a partnership, a territory, or any project work. We assess every application against our qualification criteria and may decline any application at our discretion. Any territory arrangement, exclusivity, obligations and fees are governed solely by a separate written partnership agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and to operate our business, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the website.
The Franchise Flow name and logo, the Flow Method, the Partner Playbook, Flow State University, and the text, design, graphics and other material on this site belong to Franchise Flow or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.
