Franchise Flow provides franchise buildouts, brand refreshes and system upgrades for franchise owners across North America, and operates a network of licensed build partners. When you complete a form on this site, request a quote, apply to become a build partner, or subscribe to our updates, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, company, territory or location, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you browse the site we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and your approximate location derived from your IP address.
If you accept cookies, our session analytics provider records how you move through pages, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. These recordings help us find broken and confusing parts of the site. We do not use them to identify you personally, and we do not record what you type into password fields.
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use them in two ways.
These make the site function, remember your cookie choice, and protect our forms from automated abuse. They are always active because the site cannot work properly without them.
These only load after you press Accept on our cookie banner. They tell us how visitors find and use the site, and let us measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work:

We keep enquiry and application information for as long as we need it to deal with your request and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and then for as long as we are required to by law. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention period. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and provincial legislation such as British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and Quebec's Law 25, you can ask us to:

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously and will notify you and the relevant regulator if a breach occurs that creates a real risk of significant harm.
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on this page.
